Zoom Floating App

I used to see the Zoom floating app when I log in to Zoom. Now, I only get directed to the Website.  Why is this so?

    Hi @GlennAdams01 can you please share the device you're using whether it be mobile or desktop? 

     

    Assuming you were redirected to use the web client rather than downloading the Zoom desktop client from https://zoom.us/download (for desktop only not mobile)?
