Zoom Error 13224 - Unable to Join the Meeting

I experience this error when I try to start a meeting or join meetings now. It says "Unable to Join the Meeting" Error Code: 13224. What could I do for this? I have a Zoom user license now. I have tried sending a report but nothing has changed. My devices are a desktop and Android phone. The error shows on both devices.

that happens when your in the middle of downloading zoom and the installation stops to fix that uninstall zoom and then reinstall it
