Zoom Disconnects When Users Join – Need Help

Hey everyone,

I’ve integrated Zoom with my website, but I’m facing an issue. Whenever a user joins a meeting, the connection gets disrupted, and they get disconnected.

Has anyone else experienced this? Could it be a webhook issue, API settings, or something else? Any troubleshooting tips would be really helpful!

In what what way do you mean you integrated with your website.  What software are you suing to connect.

Have you looked at Zoom Developer Forum if you developed this yourself.
