My zoom crashed while I was recording a meeting. After the meeting there was no recording. Is it possible to access this?

Hey @Tmar227, you can look into the Finding and viewing local recordings if you're having trouble locating the recording. Some of the recording may be there or maybe corrupted. Follow the steps to convert the files. If you're having issues converting a local recording, see our troubleshooting suggestions.

 

If all else fails and are still unable to convert your recording, I would recommend submitting a ticket.
