Zoom Dial in for India

India is not in the list of available countries in the Global Dial in or  Toll Call.  How do I add India as one of the Dial in countries?

Following up on this question - do we have to purchase an additional audio conferencing plan in order to add India to allow someone to dial in to the Zoom meeting?
