Zoom Camera not working. Video at 90 degree angle using Dex external monitor

When I connect an external monitor, the camera does NOT rotate in landscape mode (in the external monitor using DEX). I can turn the device and it might lock for a few moments, however when I interact with the app it reverts back to 90 degrees I've tried all the possible settings in the Galaxy Tab S8 and the Zoom meeting app (Version 6.4.11.30526), without success. It works great on Google Meet without issue. Can you help?

Your issue is with the OS not Zoom and you need to get the latest version of Zoom - currently 6.5.1.

It doesn't work, as 6.4.11.30526 is the current version on google play currently. Thanks. I'll update when it changes.

Based on Samsung’s documentation, there appears to be some Optional Compatibility Features the Zoom Android client could implement - https://developer.samsung.com/samsung-dex/modify-optional.html

Specifically the “Disable fixed orientation for camera“ section of the developer article.
