Zoom Backgrounds

I am unable to use my zoom backgrounds as it states I do not have a green screen, how do I add a green screen to my laptop?

Hello!

The virtual background feature is somewhat taxing on your CPU.  Because of this, there are minimum requirements to use it without a green screen.  See here: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360043484511-Zoom-Virtual-Background-system-requirements

Image only without a physical green screen

• Zoom desktop client, version 5.2.0 or higher
• Windows 7, 8, and 10 (64-bit)
• Supported processors 
  • Intel i3 
    • 2 cores or higher
    • 5th generation or higher
  • Intel i5
    • 2 cores or higher
    • 3rd generation or higher
  • Intel i7
    • 2 cores or higher
    • 3rd generation or higher
  • Intel i9 
    • 2 cores or higher
    • 3rd generation or higher
  • AMD
    • 8 logical cores
    • 3.0Ghz or higher

Image only with a physical green screen

• Zoom desktop client, version 3.5 or higher
• Supported processors
  • Intel 2 cores with 2.0Ghz or higher (i5/i7 or AMD equivalent) processor
  • AMD Ryzen 5/7/9 or higher

You can get an inexpensive green screen on Amazon or Webround.

I have a green screen, but the virtual background shows up on everything BUT the green screen. As in, my teeth, my glasses, my shirt collar..... What's up with that? When I taped up a bunch of sad looking green poster boards with a mess of scotch tape (seriously ghetto style, not gonna lie), the virtual background worked beautifully. Now I've got the fancy screen and it's a mess.  Not to mention the fact that I look sunburned against the green screen with the virtual background is turned off. Help???

HI Rick- I have a mac and I can save the zoom backgrounds but when I use them, the background shows but I go invisible!! Why is this please and what do I need to do to use these?
