I am having issues with hearing music via zoom.  I can play music from my computer, but when someone shares music for me to listen to, its crackly and is not working. 

I do not have the same issue on my phone. It works perfectly.  I have tried to use the hotspot on my phone and I still get the same issue on my laptop. I have no idea what the problem is. an someone please help. I have tried changing the audio settings and nothing seems to work.

Hello! I was having the same issue and realized that I needed to toggle the original sound for musicians to "on" (top left corner of the Zoom screen). This disables the noise suppression and allows the music to come through properly.
