Zoom Audio crashes as soon as i join the audio

Hi all,

Before joining the meeting my speaker and mic test seems to be working fine. However when I join audio, the speaker fails to work within zoom. If I try the test speaker option, I can hear some jitter and that's it. 

I have tried reinstalling zoom, upgrading to windows 11, reinstalling audio drivers, but the problem persists. 
I was not facing any issue on the same system till a couple of weeks back. 

 

Any help would be really appreciated.

Hi @AkshayaK do you mind testing to see if this happens on other applications? Also, suggest looking into the suggestion from Google Community, on Audio Stretching/Jitter Windows 11 Microsoft Edge Bose Bluetooth Headphones setting default output and input device for apps.

It's been sometime since my original post, so I don't exactly remember what the resolution was. However, I believe that I changed my headphones and started using wired ones since, and haven't faced an issue with zoom. Do try it out.
