Zoom Analytics

Hi there, 

I am trying to access Zoom Analytics. However, I don't seem to have a page dedicated to this. On the articles I have read, they all claim that I should have a page titled 'Analytics and Reports'. I only seem to have 'Reports', but nothing else. I want to be able to see how many zoom-call participants shared a message in the chat and how many people engaged with a resource link. Please could someone help? Thank you!

Launch a new web page address to go is zoom.us  choose “My Account” for me it was at the bottom of the page.

log in

you should under see the heading ‘Personal’ - Reports

for me the Analytics that are import to is my Video to see the report for I have choose recordings - choose the recording that I want the Analytics then the blue link
