We have a recording which is giving errors and we need support.  We currently have 23 Zoom Business users and 7 Rooms but chat and phone support says we don't qualify?

There might be a misunderstanding, ebroadd. A Business plan with 23 users and 7 rooms includes phone and chat support. I'd recommend reaching out again and mentioning your specific plan details.

There is no possible way to get to anyone I can find without an actual support license.  They have a hard wall if you don't pay enough.
