Zoom API time zone

I am getting a user activity report however the time is not accurate. 

the user is show on the browser as 

May 9, 2023 08:13:36 PM

while the time api report is 

2023-05-10T00:13:36Z

is there a way to enforce the timezone.

From my understanding, ZOOM API is UTC timezone. Thanks.
