Zoom 5.9.7: Why the microphone fails as the zoom is accessed by the Windows remote desktop connection?

 

I couldn’t figure out why the microphone fails as the zoom is accessed by the Windows remote desktop connection as per the screenshot below

 

What could be the issue here?
