Your account has used 95% of the available cloud recording storage. Cloud recording will be disabled

Hi,

I keep getting this message (Your account has used 95% of the available cloud recording storage. Cloud recording will be disabled once your account usage reaches 100%. Purchase additional storage to preserve and maintain your recordings).

Just wondering if anyone can help me download my recordings from the cloud - as I'd like to use them later (to write some notes)? Thank you!
