'You haven't added any attendees' <-- how to turn this bloody thing off

Someone changed the behavior of creating Zoom meetings so that now I get warned that I haven't added any attendees.

Is there a secret setting somewhere where I can turn that thing off?  I'm never going to "add any attendees" and I don't like the warning.

Same problem. I can no longer schedule a meeting without adding at least one attendee, and the person has to be chosen from a short pop-up list of just seven "external" people. I cannot add an attendee using their email.  What's going on?
