About 3 months go I hosted a meeting logging onto a friend's account. Now, every time I appear at a meeting , although my account name is correct, her name shows and I have to rename myself. It's driving me mad.

I have same problem. I have changed passwords. Emptied my cache. Have not deleted and reloaded zoom yet.  What have you tried?

IT seems fine now but I had to delete and reload!
