Wired headphones does not work in Zoom on my Samsung tab A9+

My wired headphones does not work on Zoom meeting on my Samsung tab A9+. I don't think it's a headphones issue because the audio works fine with other apps like Spotify and YouTube. I tried some basic troubleshooting uninstalling and reinstalling the app and making sure it's up to date. Does anyone have the same issues?

do the built-in tablet speakers and microphone work with zoom meetings?

 

do you latest android zoom workplace client installed, 6.3.11 (28195)?

 

what is the make and model of your wired headphones?  is it a zoom supported device?

Supported USB HID devices for the Zoom Workplace client

 

when you go to zoom audio settings, have you selected your wired headphones for speaker and microphone?  have you tested your speaker and microphone?
