Will my Zoom recording be saved if my computer restarts?

I like to record Zoom meetings for podcasts, but my computer has lately been restarting itself randomly. I'm worried that if it does this while I am recording, I will lose all the material I have recorded. Is there a way I can prevent this from happening in the event my computer does restart spontaneously during a recording? Will it make a difference if I record locally or to the cloud?
