Why is my Zoom Video Following me and how do make it stop!

Wow can't thank you enough for posting the link to this Apple article! The Zoom article doesn't make it clear at all that it's something you need to turn off outside of the Zoom app. The camera has been following me everywhere for weeks, and it makes it look so unprofessional on calls - you've saved me - thank you!!
