Why can't admin dowlonad cloud recordinsg...this is so messed up I may quit Zoom

The documentation clearly states:

To download:

  1. On the recording's page, click the Download button.
    Note: If accessing the recording as an admin, downloading cloud recordings is not an option.

Say what? I am the only user, that means I'm the admin...WTF Zoom?

    Hi there,

     

    If you are the only user of the account, you can download the cloud recording in the Personal Recording tab. 

     

    If you are accessing the recording in the Recording Management, you can try to click the topic of the meeting first and then download the recording per layout.
