Why can't I see the breakout room even though I change the setting like that?

Hi, I want to make a breakout room so I set in my setting room like that. But when I open the zoom, I can't see the breakout room. What can I do?

Is the Breakout room feature enabled under meeting settings ? ---> See screenshot attached
Are you the host of the meeting ?
