Why I can't Download and Install the zoom app in laptop?

My laptop won't let me download and install the Zoom PC App. Every time I'm about to finish to download and install the app, it shows the pop up that contact the software manufacturer for assistance. My laptop is also good. It's Dell latitude 7280 corei5 6th generation. It's driving me crazy. Has anyone found a way to get past this and successfully install Zoom? Please Zoom support help me when I go to this link https://zoom.us/download/ I can't Download the app. I need your help.

Hey @Jamesrward just curious, but installing other applications besides Zoom; are you prompt the specific error "contact the software manufacturer for assistance"? Trying to think whether this maybe related to running into a 'bit' issue, for context installing a 32bit version of Zoom on a 64bit version of Windows?

You could try installing Zoom (5.15.12) with this link: https://zoom.us/client/5.15.12.22445/ZoomInstaller.exe?archType=x64

Let me know if you're able to install Zoom using that link.

Hello! I've tried the link you posted to download the zoom installer; however, it still continues to show the error message
"Your app version needs to be 5.17.5 or higher to sign in. Please contact your IT team to update your app."
I've uninstalled and reinstalled the zoom app multiple times and still the app will not let me log in

Hy there,

I tried accessing this link you provided

https://zoom.us/client/5.15.12.22445/ZoomInstaller.exe?archType=x64/, but it seems like it's not working. I'm getting an error message when I click on it. Is there another link you could share, or perhaps another method for me to download Zoom? I'm really eager to give it a shot.

Thanks!
