Why I can not sign in with Microsoft on Zoom Mail and Calendar

Context:

1. Zoom pro users
2. Microsoft E3
3. A team member can not sign in with Microsoft on Zoom Mail and Calendar. After I click the Sign in with Microsoft, I sign into my office 365 account but the notification claims that I'm not Admin of Microsoft group. Even Microsoft Admin of our team clicks that he agree to sign in Micorsoft on Zoom on be half of our group, still I can not successfully sign in with my Micorsoft on Zoom mail and calendar
