Whiteboard, post a picture, and speaker view

Hi Zoom, 

I help teach art online.  I have a few questions.

1. Is there a way I can share a completed picture of what we are trying to draw while still showing the class how to draw in real time? I tried to post the picture in the chat but many of them couldn't figure out how to open chat. 

2. Is there a way to make everyone see the same page or do I have to teach them how to select the type of view they want? I think some of them are on gallery view while others are on speaker view. I am hoping there is a way to configure it for everyone.
