White screen when viewing shared screen

When in a Zoom meeting, I only see a white screen when another attendee is sharing their screen.  I have uninstalled, reinstalled, checked for updates.

I have the same issue, any thoughts out there?

Hello @mmcclurg01 

You can Use TCP connection for screen sharing (Windows, macOS, Linux): Enable this option if you can't see content on the shared screen, or when others can't see your content on the shared screen. 
On you desktop app, go to home > settings > Share screen > advanced.
