Where is the setting to allow all regions to connect to my personal meeting room?

People in regions outside the US cannot connect to my personal meeting room.  Zoom's FAQ are not helping, and ChatGPT's guidance for me to click on a setting in the Account Management tab does not match the current UI design of the Zoom preference section.

 

I have a Pro Zoom Plan.  Where is the configuration setting to allow all regions to connect to my personal meeting room?
