Where is my recording?

So, I set up a Zoom meeting to automatically record on the local drive, but I can't find it anywhere. I checked the Doc / zoom folder and it's empty. I need this recording asap for my VP. 😫

Hi there! 
Sorry you are having trouble finding your recording. First, please check if your Zoom desktop client is updated to the latest version. To do so, click your profile picture in the upper right corner and select "Check for Updates."

 

Once your client is up to date, try and view the recording via the desktop client by navigating to the Meetings tab and clicking Open Recordings (see screenshot). From the pop up, tab over to "Local recordings." Are you able to view the recording there?
