When using zoom meeting at the 15min mark call drop and comes back 2 min later

When I dial in to Zoom at the 15 min mark call will drop and come back in or about 1 to 2 min mark. Also, it is outbound the customer here's me when the audio drops, but I cannot here the customer after it drops when it comes back it is fine also this fails intermittently.
