When using Suspend Participant Activities, are Panelists locked out too?

I'm looking for a way to lock out all participants except panelists during a meeting so that we can have a closed session with only the panelists after the webinar has started. Will Suspend Participant Activities allow for this or does it lock everyone out no matter if they are a panelist or not? Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Hi @Jenni

Unfortunately, we have nothing for that specifically just yet. Once you leave the Practice Session and the webinar is live, you cannot go back to a restricted, private room. I'd suggest scheduling a separate meeting for panelists to join when the webinar is finished to debrief.

We are looking into a solution for this situation, so keep an eye out for future releases along this line.
