How far in advance of a meeting should you send the link? What is considered a best practice?

Best practice for sending a link for a meeting would be to send it in advance of the meeting to give attendees enough time to prepare. It's recommended to send the link at least a day or two before the meeting, depending on the complexity of the meeting and the expected preparation required.

Sending the link early will allow attendees to review the agenda and any relevant documents, so they can come to the meeting prepared and ready to contribute. This will ultimately help the meeting run more smoothly and efficiently.

It's also important to follow up with attendees after sending the link to confirm that they have received it and that they are able to attend the meeting.

Thanks. Basically I'm looking for confirmation. Sometimes in our org people send out links as little as 10 minutes before a meeting.
