When my camera is on the video freezes and then turns yellow

Whenever I'm on a meeting with someone the video randomly freezes and yellows out like I am shining a bright light into the camera lens. I am using an ANKER PowerConf C200. The software is up to date. Please help.

Is your Zoom desktop client also up-to-date? A new update was released yesterday; 3 people who had similar issues to yours found their cameras corrected after updating Zoom.
