What happened to 'Blur my background'?

The 'blur my background' option' seems to have totally disappeared with the latest software update. Where is it, or has it been discontinued?

If you are using a desktop Zoom client, the blur my background option should be under the Background & Effects tab. If have attached a photo for reference.
