What Zoom product is best for Hosting a private memorial service for family?

First off, sincere condolences for your loss. 

As for the Zoom product, I would recommend using Zoom Meetings, so that everyone can attend, view and hear everyone else, share stories, etc. A standard free Zoom account will only give you a 40-minute meeting, so unless you want to restart the meeting a couple of times, I would recommend a Pro account, which would extend the length of your meeting well beyond the 2 hours needed. You can easily cancel the Pro subscription after the celebration of life, so that you are only charged for the 1 month.
