Welsh language for captions

On the website, Welsh is listed as a language option for captions, just not as the source language. However, it is not listed. I'm confused, can anyone advise?

Currently we can only translate into Welsh, but cannot recognize Welsh, and thus cannot translate out of Welsh.

When you activate translation, you should be able to select Welsh as the caption language, i.e., the language into which captions can be translated. But you cannot select it as speaking language, that is the language which you are speaking.
