Webinar registration email not sending or arriving

Hello

I have only two, quite separate, organisations which I log in to webinars. Neither of their webinar registration emails arrive, and my email provider confirms they are not blocking zoom in any way.

Being a free user, zoom won't talk to me.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Was there a fix?

Thank you.

I have checked this article and no Zoom IPs are being blocked.

But the problem persists.

Have you heard of Zoom AI Companion?

Hi there

Thank you so much for the reply. Unfortunately, as my requirement is low, I'm only on a Basic account, therefore I can't contact support in any way.

I was rather hoping that something might get done via the community.

It feels to me like Zoom is, for some reason, not sending me emails following registration to webinars. Nothing at my end is blocking them (I've checked twice), so I have to assume it's a Zoom issue, not me.

But I'm in a "Catch 22". I have an issue (which has been ongoing for at least 12 months), but Zoom won't allow me to report it to have it resolved.

Any further ideas?

Thanks again.

James.
