Webinar - no "Host Tools" button

Hello,  I've been running a Zoom Workplace Pro account for a few years.  We wanted more features that the "Webinar" upgrade gives, and I purchased that add-on.   However, when I start a webinar, there is no "Host Tools" button down on the meetings control toolbar, like the "Host Tools" button that is available when I host a Meeting.  Help!  I need some of the security options like preventing attendees from turning on their camera.

The host tools for a webinar differ slightly from those of a meeting. I would advise familiarizing with the following article to find out more about the host tools in a webinar:
