Webcam missing when I record a screenshare in a meeting

My Zoom recordings in Meetings have suddenly started leaving out the webcam and so, when I present a slidedeck, I am left with a recording that shows a slideshow with a disembodied voice over the top of it.

It never used to do this and I have not changed any settings.

I use a Macbook Air with Mac Sequioa 15.5 (24F74) and I'm wondering if it's a Mac thing.

Anyone experienced something similar and fixed it?

Assuming you are making a cloud recording. In the web portal go to settings > recording tab > cloud recording section and make sure that "Record active speaker with shared screen" is checked. Then when sharing the screen be sure to select an appropriate layout that includes the webcam (the default does not include it)

If this works please click accept as a solution.
