We can't create a meeting, also an SQL error appears on top on the website. other errors as well

An error shows on the top of the page, and we also failing to create a meeting as of this writing

execute SQL error, method: PRIMARY.MeetingOccurrenceInfoMapper.getItems, rawSQL: SELECT meeting_number, occurrence, account_id, meeting_id, create_time, modify_time FROM ZMWEB_MEETING_OCCURRENCE_INFO WHERE meeting_number = #{meetingNumber}

we also get other errors
"invalid meeting ID" when were trying to delete previous meetings
"get trashcan list failed" when we are trying to look into recently deleted
