This happens a lot -- I need to edit a future meeting while my boss is on a current Zoom conference, but the future meeting I want to edit shows that it's currently running, when it isn't. It won't let me click the EDIT button and if I hit END to get it to where I can EDIT the meeting, it disconnects him from his current conference! This does not make him happy, so I can't do that again, yet I need to edit a meeting that will occur on July 11th (see attachment). Why does it do this and how do I get around this issue? @EditMeetings

Hey, @WVAngel –
Are you logging into your boss’s account? That could cause problems.
You should be using Scheduling Privilege, as described here instead:
https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362803-Scheduling-Privilege
With this approach, you logged into your account and should be able to do everything you need.
