On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

WHY CAN I NOT CHANGE MY PASSWORD CODE

I was trying to disable the need for a password for my upcoming meeting but the option to turn off the need for a passcode says " locked by admin" has anyone else had this / do you know what I need to do ?

hey @LauraWeavers I would recommend looking into your account settings as the owner or the account administrator with permissions to change defaults for all users on the account at https://zoom.us/account/setting. You can click the 'lock icon' to lock for all users at the users setting level, within the account settings; in your case, you will need to unlock the Require a passcode when scheduling new meetings, which is not advisable, as I would suggest incorporating one security measure.
