WACKY SET UP! HELP!

We have a conference room and use a Microsoft surface laptop and use a Smart TV (via HDMI) & and USB Camera into the laptops VGA port.

I use all different VC Meeting platforms but ZOOM is the only one I cannot get to work properly EVER! What am I doing wrong??? Video never shows up, just says the  name.

Hi @Jgelso, if I am understanding your discussion correctly are you trying to use a camera with a vga port? Though, I just thought I'd check in and see if you're still having trouble with this? In that case, I want to help!
