Voice sound very low with Original Sound for Musicians Mac

When using Original Sound for Musicians on a Mac Studio M1 Sonoma 14.6.1, the guitar audio is fine, but the voice audio becomes barely audible, registering just one red bar on the meter. Automatically adjust mic volume has no effect. Same problem with the new Live performance audio. Using a Steinberg UR44c and Loopback .

This makes Zoom almost worthless for music lessons.

I've already tried turning off the Automatically Adjust Mic Volume feature, but it doesn’t help. I’m using a Steinberg UR44c audio interface and Loop back. The same problem occurs with Live performance audio in Zoom.

Since you have not stated or shown how you configured the system I can only guess that you may have configured the interface for stereo output to Zoom. If so I would recommend mixing the mic and guitar to mono before outputting to Zoom and using the interface controls to do all the mixing.
