Visual bug- after a meeting is ended that involved screen sharing, screen boarders remain

I have this visual bug that I have encountered three times already - 

its a visual bug but it is disturbing.

After a meeting is ended that involved screen sharing, screen boarders remain highlighted with this green color like I am still sharing my screen. 

Zoom in completely closed from taskbar.... so far only restart stops this.
