Virtural Background Not Working

I updated Zoom last week and now my Virtual Background doesn't work. Whenever I click a background I get a message saying "Virtual Background Loading". What can I do?

I am not able to get my virtual background without a green screen to work. I have a Dell Optiplex 990 Desktop Computer - Intel Core i7 3.8GHz, 16GB DDR3, New 1TB SSD, Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit. I have Zoom version 5.10.7
