Virtual Background

Hi i am using  the below configuration. 

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600 CPU @ 3.40GHz   

Cores: 4
Logical processors: 8

i am not able to use the virtual background without green screen  . Can some one suggest what i can do on this matter.

we have 10 lenovo think center system with the  below configuration

CPU Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600 CPU @ 3.40GHz generation

As per the new system requirement 

• Intel i7
  • 2 cores or higher
  • 3rd generation or higher

What is the possibility to use the virtual background on my system requirements
