Virtual Background not working after zoom update

I've been using image virtual background since I got my PC, but after updating zoom. I haven't been able to use virtual backgrounds. It says your device does not support virtual backgrounds. Please help this is my system

Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU G4560 @ 3.50GHz 3.50 GHz

Windows 10

Nvidia GTX 1650

Your virtual background was working, and after the Zoom update, it is not working. Thanks for including your computer specs. That is helpful. I added a screenshot from Zoom's support page. It looks like it should work, and, as mentioned, the virtual background was working. Here is the page for Zoom's virtual background requirements. https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360043484511-Zoom-Virtual-Background-system-requirements You may want to see if your Nvidia card has an update. Also, did you do a restart? Can you try to use another image? Also, what error message do you receive?
