Virtual Background is not clear when I add a picture behind and is showing the image on my body.

Hi Team,

 

I need to rectify the Zoom issue that I am having  with the Background & Filter Setting. The image is on my body, which should not be the case. In the beginning was all okay and now it giving a lot of issues. 

 

I have uninstall the Zoom and Install again.

 

Could someone kindly assist me with this issue.

Hi @viviensharong, could you possibly have I have a green screen checked in your Settings?

You might also look at the Troubleshooting Virtual Background issues section in that article as well, as there are some tips on how to manually adjust the color that Zoom is replacing with the virtual background. Based on your screenshot, that may be what is happening.
