Video recording after expiry

Hello Zoom community,

I'd like to ask if there is any way to get a record of an appointment that has already expired? The meeting was held in the month of November 2021. Thank you for your support.

Hello!

If the meeting was not recorded during the time of the meeting, there would not be a recording of the meeting.

If you are simply looking for information about the meeting, you could find some under the reporting section of your Zoom Portal.

Hello, the meeting was being recorded, but when I click on the link today it says "This recording has expired". 😞

If this was your recording, I would check under the recording tab in the Zoom Portal to see if it is still there. Also check the trash folder as well. If this recording was not created by you, you might want to check with the original host of the meeting.
