Video on in breakouts, off in main room - automatically

Is there a way to have participant videos turn on automatically when they enter breakout rooms, and turn off when they leave breakout rooms? (Possible confidentiality concerns in the main room)

OR

Is there a way for participant videos to remain off (no ability to turn them on) in the main room, and have the option to turn video on in the breakout rooms only?

Without affecting the host/cohosts videos

For now, there is currently no way to do that in Zoom breakout rooms. However, that is a good feature and the Community is not tracking those . You may submit a feature request here - https://zoom.us/feed/ so you can track it there.

There is also an option to host the meeting in 'focus' mode.
In Breakout-rooms there is always the option to turn on your camera, but auto turn on will conflict with AVG/GDPR
