Video of participants not showing when working in other programms

Hi there. During video meetings I need to work/change documents simultneously in other programms (Word, excel, etc.). Always when switching on the programm I can no longer see the video/image of the other attendees. Is there a way to make sure Zoom opens the Video in a small window (like skype used to do)?

It is always recommended to use a separate device to monitor your meeting especially one with a large screen. That device can be configured to show the participants. Then the host device can be used to do what you are trying to do. You could also add a second screen to your host device If possible (you never stated what device is being used).
